The Estate Venue
First purchased in the 90's, our founder, Carlos Ferrer, created a tropical paradise for his family and brought his Filipino heritage to Southern California. Over the course of 30 years he turned this rural dirt ranch into a tropical paradise, and in doing so fostered memories and experiences for family, friends and communities. Between his own wedding, large Medical School Frat meetings, and other personal and family affairs, we learned what it means to truly host a party! After doing this for nearly 20 years privately, we licensed and permitted in 2024 and are glad to share this little slice of paradise with the world!
